Arrowhead West, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and delays. The mission of Arrowhead West is to promote the needs, choices and participation of persons with disabilities in the community.

To help achieve their mission, the Arrowhead West Centerbased Workshop provides work opportunities and instruction to assist persons with disabilities to increase skills while producing quality products. The Arrowhead West workshops have over nine years experience in the pallet and wood product industry. Sales of wood products have reached the $1,000,000 level in previous years. The workshop produce and sell pallets (new and rebuilt), grade stakes, barricades and various wood craft items.
